PADI Replacement cards R350 per card. Please send us your full name & middle intial as well as your date of birth and we will sort it out for you!

REPLACEMENT PADI SCUBA CARDS
Have you lost your PADI SCUBA card?
We will glaldy replace it for you!
PADI Replacement cards cost R350 per card.
Just send us your full name & middle intial as well
as your date of birth.
We will then look your deatils up on the PADI website and apply for a new card.
You would just have to stop by our offices in Sandton with an ID photo and we will sort out the nessesary forms, issue you with a temporary card and send off for your new replacement card.
Please note:
Unfortunatly we are unable to assist with NAUI or SSI replacemnt cards.
