Important Notes:
1.) There is an entry fee to Miracle Waters on the open water weekend @ R60 per person per day
2.) To take part in the Open Water Scuba course you do need to be a competent swimmer, you will be required to swim 200 meters (at your own pace) in our training pool and be able to tread water for 10 minutes in the deep end of a pool before you can start the practical training sessions. (This is the international entry requirement for all Scuba Courses through all training organizations).
3.) If you have a MORTAL fear of water, scuba diving is not the best way to conquer that fear

Indemnities:
1.) Indemnity forms need to be filled in and an original copy given to us at the pool on the morniing you begin your course with us.
2.) In the event of a minor attending the course (Under 21Yrs) it is a legal requirement for the legal guardian to sign the indemnity form for the minor attending the course. If an original indemnity is not received then we will not permit the participant to dive.
(We have a Non Negotiable - No indemnity - No dive rule)

Indemnity & Medical Forms:
Please "Download" the liability realses & Medical forms here under as you will be required to sign these original forms on course with us.
If you answer “Yes” to any of the medical questions then you will need to go see your family doctor to get a letter clearing you to dive before we start the course.

Once we receive your confirmation "FedEx Express" will deliver your "Crew Pack" to your door within 2 working days. This pack will contain all your training material, maps, GPS co-ords as well as final schedules and meeting points for the weekend of the course itself.

Terms conditions & course details:
Our training sessions are subject to a minimum of 2 students per class up to groups of 16 and can easily be arranged around your schedule.

Our pool sessions are hosted at the Aquanzi dive centre in Chartwell, which boasts a large 3m deep heated "salt water" pool which ensures maximum benefit from our pool sessions as we are able to conduct our training in a comfortable environment.

Our inland open water sessions are hosted at Bass Lake near Vereeneging or at Miracle waters near Brits and our coatsal sea tours are hosted at either Sodwana, Ponta Do Ouro (Mozambique) or off the coast of Durban at Aliwal shoal all of which have been voted in the top 10 dive sites in the world!
